Formwork plans

We create our Formwork Plans with attention to Details always looking from a Site-Engineer`s perspective, having an aesthetic and practical approach.

When unclear or structural inconsistencies between Static, Architecture and Installation plans appear (and they mostly do), we will address and discuss them point by point.

Our Formwork Plans include:

Load bearing elements of the current level according to Architecture and Static (RC Foundations, RC Walls, Masonry Walls, RC Columns, RC-Floor-Plates);
Load bearing elements from up-going level represented with interrupted lines and a light filling;
Floor-plates and Wall Openings according to Installation plans or Architecture;
Built-in parts such as anchor rails, empty tubes, weld-on plates, steel profiles (if Sketches and Details are provided).

Our Formwork Plans are not including:

Steel and Timber Structures -perhaps only informative with no labels or dimensions; These are to be Designed by the Steel or Timber Constructor;
Pipes/ water drains in/under the Foundations -perhaps only informative with no labels or dimensions. These are to be Designed by the Installations Constructor.

Reinforcement plans

Reinforcement plans are elaborated to install the reinforcement according to the structural analysis in the formwork of the reinforced concrete elements.

In the process of preparing the reinforcement plans the main aspects are to determine the number plans, their format, scale and level of detail and complete them in the required time frame in line with formwork, static calculus and design standards.

All information required for arranging and bending the reinforcement is taken from the reinforcement plans. Bending lists are derived from reinforcement drawings which are required for bending the reinforcement in the plant.

On the construction site the reinforcement plans serve as guidance for site engineers and construction workers in order to build reinforced concrete structures and buildings.

Our Reinforcement plans include:

Structural components with reinforcement and dimensions, with or without openings: foundations, slabs, beams, columns, walls, retaining walls, etc.
Mounting parts, construction and contraction joints
Details at corners, junctions of walls, beams and column joints
Bar bending schedules

Our Reinforcement plans do not include:

Steel and Timber Structures - only informative representation
Pipes/ water drains in/under the Foundations - only informative representation

We offer our clients all the necessary plan types in the execution area, very clean, high quality Formwork and Reinforcement Plans in compliance with the Eurocode standards.
The formwork and reinforcement plans are mostly created using 2D CAD based software and delivered as PDF and CAD formats in accordance to the established deadline.
